How To Keep A Healthy Balanced Diet?
1. Five portions of vegetables and fruits per day.
2. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, more if you practise a physical activity.
3. Cereals, pulses, rice and pasta should be a third of your diet.
4. Fish should be included in your diet at least twice a week.
