The day before : Mix in a large bowl the dry white Burgundian wine, Pulco lemon and sugar. Keep in a cool place. The day this drink is ready to offer, add the fresh sparkly water and the Cremant of Burgundy. Serve in flutes (Champagne's glasses). |
