French Starters
In general each French meal starts with 'something' in France. Whatever it is a cold or a warm starter, the plan for an average French meal is : starter + main course + dessert. For a special occasion it is something more like : aperitif + starter + main courses (2 main courses are the average in that case) + dressing + cheese + dessert... But that is another story !
There are lots of starters' examples for cooking a French lunch or dinner, and we will try here to give you the general ideas, choosing for you different types of 'entrées'.
